Summer Fun July 08

Saturday 5th July

Today I went to an outdoor show called Pulse. It was to celebrate 60 years of the National Health Service. I made lots of new friends, including some from the army.

Saturday 12th July

I went to Scotland today for the 3 Peaks Challenge. You have to climb Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England, and Mount Snowden in Wales, in 24 hours! I did it with Parkwood Leisure who were raising money for Christian Aid, we collected £5938 in all! Here I am with some of the team on top of Ben Nevis, there was snow there in July!

Friday 25th July

I went to the theatre for the first time last night, I went to see Doctor Dolittle. There were lots of animals in it, not real ones, but people wearing costumes that looked fantastic. Tommy Steele was the doctor, he was great at singing and dancing, and I had my photo taken with him. The lady I was sat next to said he was 75!
