Safety
Safety is of upmost importance, all products are tested to EN71 Toy Safety Standard and are CE marked. The ring binder allows flexibility in the creation of the log books, however adult supervision is recommended for younger children. The product is not suitable for children under 3 years due to fibre loss, cord on bag and small parts. The login area on the website has an SSL security certificate and is only accessible with a password. This certificate also provides security for the online shop.

Quality
All products have been assembled and quality checked in the UK. All Jofli bears will be slightly different as they have been manufactured by hand, we feel it adds to their individual character. As with most soft toys there may be initial fiber loss.

Refund/Replacement/Cancellation Terms
If you are not satisfied for whatever reason with your Jofli products, please return the goods, unused with proof of purchase, within 28 days for a full money back guarantee. This does not affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
